After stopping for a period of time, the second season of the great drama Of Westworld comes again. The second season begins with Hale tries to finish her serious mission. Lee runs into Maeve. And things get worse when the hosts decided to revolt against the guests.
This week's episode brought Bernard and Elsie to The Cradle -- a computer that stores and tests all possible Westworld storylines before they go live -- where Bernard made another alarming discovery.
[The] sixth episode of Westworld season 2 "Phase Space" was in some ways a Memorial Day weekend downshift into a quieter hour. Still, there were at least five big moments worth getting into.
There was a lot going on in this week's episode "Phase Space"... But the biggest twist revolved around Bernard and Elsie unlocking the secret behind the data backup center of the park referred to as the Cradle (or CR4-DL).
"Phase Space" did a good enough job of following through on a bunch of different story points that I'm confident the series can with Ghost Nation, too. But every week makes that a little harder to do.
Whether it's the script by Mad Men veteran Carly Wray or the direction by Swedish filmmaker Tarik Saleh is unclear, but there's attention paid here to subtle human reactions to events as they unfold that's unequaled by previous episodes.
